Please arrive at The Apex Parking (JFK) at least 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. The TSA recommends that travelers arrive at their departure terminals at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time.
When you pull into our lot, our team member will greet you and process a parking ticket for you. You will be asked for your name, reservation number, return date/time, and your airline. You will be provided with a claim ticket and a phone number to call upon your return.
Our JFK location is just minutes from the terminal. The trip usually takes about 5 minutes. Shuttles leave for the airport terminals every few minutes and deliver you right to the departure level of your airline.
Only AFTER you have retrieved your luggage, please call +1 718-304-3104 and request a pick-up. Please confirm your terminal number when calling. The dispatcher will confirm where you will meet the shuttle, and your car will be pulled into our "Ready Zone."

We honor a 4-hour grace period before charging for subsequent days (applies to reservations made directly through our website). Your fee is based on the actual time parked in the lot.
